Lola’s Half Marathon, 10-mile and 5k marathon is now in the books and thanks to our Sibley Emergency Radio Team, we had one of our best times doing this event. Minnesota Runs Series who were our core partner and event handler and boy did we have fun. We had 26 amateur radio operators, 7+ Carver Deputies and 8 MN-DOT Flaggers plus many other volunteers who remain anonymous. We had over 500 people for the 5k alone and i. Total close to 3000 runners in all.
One of the best event times ever.
